Thank you for shopping with us! Like our luxurious-scented aromatherapy candles, we want you to have a positive experience when you order and return anything to us. Continue reading to learn everything that you need to know about shipping, returns, and exchanges with Therapy Candles Co. â€‹

SHIPPING

​

We ship to all 50 states in the continental U.S. All orders are processed Monday - Friday; except on Sundays and U.S. public holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day. During the holiday season, orders may take up to 72 hours to be processed.

At this time, we only offer ground shipping and shipping is free. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

During the holidays, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. We will continue to ship orders in a timely manner and apologize in advance for any delays that may occur via our courier. 

​

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your package to show that it was received by our courier and show any movement.

FREE DELIVERY (select zip codes only)

 

As a courtesy to our neighbors, we offer free delivery to the following zip codes:

  • 10027

  • 10030

  • 10037

  • 10039

 

If your order will be delivered to an address located in any of these zip codes, please use the code "NEIGHBOR" during checkout. Once we receive your order, it will be delivered within 3 business days. Orders that are placed using this code but are located outside of the delivery zip codes mentioned will be canceled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To request a return or exchange, please email info@therapycandlesco.com to begin the process. At this time, we're unable to cover the cost of your return, however, we're willing to provide a refund or exchange if your return meets the following requirements: 

​

1. The product is in its original packaging including tags or labels.

2. You haven't used or tampered with the product in any way.

3. Your product is not damaged, destroyed or otherwise altered. In other words, you cannot light the candle then return it. 

4. We receive your return within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

​

Your package will be inspected upon return. In the event that you meet the requirements, your refund or exchange will be honored. We will not be able to honor returns or exchanges for any product that doesn't meet the requirements above.
